Sunday Oct.30,2005 Ryan's Family steak house. To whom this may concern My husband and I went to Ryans for Breakfast, our waiteress ask what we were dinking we told her we were having coffee and water we then went to the Baar to get our food and we got our plates filled and went back to the table and we still did not have anythiong to drink we waited and another waiteress came by and said she hasn't brought you anything to drink yet we said no she said she would get it in a few moments she returned and said our waiteress was coming she came to the table and said that the other one had taken the coffee and procided to go get it she blamed the other girl for having the coffee she had been gone a good while before this happened she had plenty of time to get it there, The reason I am comminting on this it is the 2nd time this has happened by the same waiteress She is back in the smoking area there were one other table in there that had two people at it, There was no one in her area My husband was very upset to the point he did not even eat after we paid 15.00 for the meal. You can over look it if she was busy od if it had been the first time but it happened 2 times. Thank you Mrs. B. Birt we went to the Bar to get our food
